These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated under the brand REALESCORT (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform role (advertising only) and no intermediary

REALESCORT is an advertising and information platform. We do not provide escort or companionship services ourselves. We do not act as an agent, representative, broker, employer, or intermediary for advertisers or users. We do not negotiate arrangements, set prices, or participate in transactions between users and advertisers, and we do not benefit from any such transaction other than providing advertising services and platform features to advertisers.

We do not forward private communications between users and advertisers and we do not hold additional contact details beyond what is displayed in each listing/profile. If you want further details, contact advertisers directly using the contact details shown.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately and must not use the Platform or provide any personal information.

3. Your responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your circumstances. You must not use the Platform in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations, infringes another person’s rights, or causes harm.

4. Definitions

“Advertiser” means any individual or agency that creates, submits, or pays for a listing or other advertising on the Platform.

“Agency” means any person or entity placing advertising on behalf of a third party.

“Listing” means any profile, advertisement, text, photo, video, post, review, message, or other content submitted to the Platform.

“Paid Features” means credits, premium placement, featured listings, boosts, banners, or any other paid promotion or feature offered by the Platform.

5. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly.

6. Listings and user content

Listings and other content are provided by third parties. You understand that you access and use Listings at your own risk. We do not guarantee that Listings are accurate, complete, or current.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

post, share, or request any content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors (zero tolerance);
post content that is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent, including stolen images or impersonation;
harass, threaten, defame, dox, or abuse others;
post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Platform’s security or operation;
scrape the Platform at scale, use automated means to collect data, or bypass access restrictions;
arrange or facilitate scams, extortion, or other harmful conduct;
post or procure fake reviews, ratings, comments, or discussions.

8. Advertiser warranties

By submitting or purchasing Advertising or Paid Features, you represent and warrant that:

you have the right to publish the Listing and all included content (including images and contact details);
all information is accurate and not misleading;
no person depicted or referenced is under 18 years old;
you have obtained express consent from any person whose information or image appears in the Listing;
your Listing and conduct comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Moderation, enforcement, and takedowns

We may (but are not obliged to) review, moderate, remove, or restrict any Listing or account that we believe violates these Terms, poses a safety risk, may be unlawful, or creates legal exposure for the Platform, users, or advertisers. We may suspend or terminate access, remove Paid Features, or restrict functionality at our discretion to protect the Platform and our legal interests.

10. Payments, Paid Features, and refunds

We may offer Paid Features. Prices and feature descriptions are shown at the time of purchase.

No cooling-off: to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Paid Features are digital services that may be supplied immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once activated.
Non-refundable once delivered: once a Paid Feature has been applied (e.g., a listing is featured/boosted/published for the purchased period), fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Non-delivery: if we fail to deliver a purchased Paid Feature due to a platform-side technical issue, we may (at our option) provide the feature again, extend the duration, or issue a refund/credit.
Breach: if a Listing or account is removed or restricted due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Paid Feature time/credits may be forfeited without refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Safety and reporting

If you see content you believe violates these Terms, please report it to us at [[email protected]]. We may request additional information to assess and action reports.

12. Intellectual property

The Platform (including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to REALESCORT. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

13. Licence for user content

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a Listing, you grant REALESCORT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, and providing the services you request. You warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this licence.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Listings are accurate. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REALESCORT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to REALESCORT for the specific Paid Feature giving rise to the claim (if any).

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless REALESCORT from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Listing/content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State or Territory in which we are established, and the courts of Australia.
